100 Yard Zero confirmation (Paper Target)

Measured Muzzle Velocities for each student

 

Steel Targets 600 Yards to 1300 Yards

  • Students will engage multiple targets and continue recording personal data

  • Measure Atmospheric conditions and calculate Firing Solutions

  • Spotting and Calling

  • Wind Reading and adjustment Drills

 

Equipment list:

  • Rifle system capable of transonic bullet flight zone past 1000 yards 

  • Open turret scope (Mil or MOA) with 12-15 MIL 40-50 MOA up adjustment available 

  • Data Book (Impact Data Book  Suggested)**

  • Bipod or other front support as well as rear support bag or sock

  • Shooting mat

  • Cleaning gear and tools for your rifle

  • Pen, pencil and highlighter

  • Notebook

  • Calculator

  • Eye and ear protection

  • Long sleeved shirts and long pants

  • Durable boots or footwear 

  • Rucksack or backpack to carry all gear

  • Ammunition (200-225 rounds), Match grade or hand loads (see: ammunition policy)

  • Weather appropriate gear (be prepared we shoot in all conditions) 

  • Hat or ball cap 

  • Field Chair

  • Water, Field Snacks and lunch 

  • Spotting Scope (if you have one)
