Long Gun Training LLC Cancellation Policy
If a registered student notifies Long Gun Training LLC at least 30 days prior to the date of a class, they are entitled to either a refund of their tuition MINUS a 5% fee, OR full credit for a future class of the same tuition cost dated one year from the original registered class.
If a registered student notifies Long Gun Training less than 30 days prior to the class, they will receive a full credit for a future class of the same tuition cost dated 1 year from the original registered class.
If a registered student cancels within 48 hours prior to the class or is a no show a full forfeiture of tuition is applied to them.
If a class is canceled by Long Gun Training LLC prior to the course beginning, a full refund or a credit for a future class of same tuition cost will be granted.
Ammunition Waiver
When registering for courses, you’ll be asked for whether you’ll be using factory or hand-loaded ammunition.

Ammunition Waiver
All students are required to sign an Ammunition Waiver regardless of the student’s choice of using factory ammunition or hand loaded ammunition.
This waiver states and includes:
The student assumes all risk pertaining to equipment damage and personal injury associated with the use of ammunition (factory or hand loaded) in his/her rifle.
The student will not hold Long Gun Training LLC responsible in any way for failures, inconsistencies, inaccuracies or any other performance-related issues pertaining to said ammunition.
If the student experiences any ammunition failures, or any performance-related issues that cause the student to no longer be able to complete the course of instruction, there will be no refund, pro-rated refund, or offer of course rescheduling. No exceptions.
If the student’s rifle has a catastrophic failure, or is damaged, due to the use of factory ammunition or hand loaded ammunition, Long Gun Training LLC is not responsible, nor held liable for any costs associated with the repair or replacement of said rifle.
Factory ammunition other than “Match Grade” quality will not achieve the desired accuracy needed for precision rifle instruction. Long Gun Training LLC requires students to only use “Match Grade” if using factory ammunition.
Long Gun Training LLC does not recommend the use of Sierra 168 grain HPBT MatchKing bullets in .30 caliber rifle systems (primarily .308 Winchester). This bullet’s stability at extended ranges becomes degraded and produces inconsistent results.
Release Waiver
RELEASE, WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS, RISK AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, in return for instruction in firearms, use of premises, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Undersigned agrees to the following:
1. I acknowledge the inherent extreme risks in use of any and all firearms and assume that risk through my voluntary participation in training, competitions or other programs offered by Long Gun Training LLC. Those risks can include damage to property as well as physical and/or emotional injury to myself or to third-parties.
I understand that use of firearms can result in hearing loss, eye injury, shoulder injury, physical strains, bruises, exposure to airborne contaminants, flying debris, being stuck by a projectile, and other injuries up to and including death. I acknowledge that there may be other potential exposures and injuries not listed above. I expressly agree and promise to accept all risks of these activities and elect to participate in spite of the risks. I waive any and all rights and claims for damages, losses, demands and any other actions in any way related to my participation. Initials required here
2. I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Curt Drewel, Long Gun Training LLC, any of its employees or agents, and the property owner from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands or lawsuits arising out of, related to or connected with: the discharge of firearms; the course of instruction; my participation in the firearms activities; the range, buildings, land and premises used for the firearms activities; my presence on or use of the premises; and any and all acts or omissions of myself. And should any such claim, demand or lawsuit arise or be asserted in any way whatsoever related thereto, whether arising under the laws of the United States or of any State, or under any theory of law or equity, I will indemnify, hold harmless and defend Curt Drewel, Long Gun Training LLC, any of its employees or agents, and the property owner from any and all costs, expenses or liability including, but not limited to, the cost of any settlement or judgment made or rendered against the above, whether individually, jointly, or in solido with myself, together with all costs of court and other costs or expenses incurred in connection with any such claim, demand or lawsuit, including attorney’s fees. 3. This release applies to and binds my personal representatives, executors, heirs and family.

4. I am physically fit and know of no medical or health reason why I should not participate in the firearms activities. I agree that, if at any time I am not capable, whether physically or mentally, of completing the required demands or activities, I will immediately notify the instructor. Initials required here
5. I agree to follow any and all safety procedures required by Long Gun Training LLC and understand that my participation may be terminated at any point if my conduct does not meet safety standards and I will not receive a refund of enrollment fees. I know that I may choose not to participate in any activity I deem to be unsafe. Initials required here
6. I agree to notify the instructor immediately if I become aware of any unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, or injuries, involving myself or others. Initials required here
7. I have had some experience with firearms and understand that there can be accidental discharges or malfunctions of firearms. I understand that I can be the owner of the firearm in which this occurs and/or the cause. I further understand that I have no experience with any of the other students and am fully aware and accept the extremely dangerous risk of others causing accidents, injuries or death as a result of an accident, their negligence or their reckless behavior, which Long Gun Training LLC or Curt Drewel would have had no idea would occur and no control over the unfortunate incident despite the rules, training, admonishment, supervision and watchful eye. I agree that despite the very best efforts of Long Gun Training LLC and Curt Drewel, accidents and occurrences can happen and I agree that I have waived any right I may have had under any local, state, or Federal law to bring any legal action or claim for any injury or claim of death. I further bind my heirs and successors to the above. Furthermore, I agree NOT to participate in the Long Gun Training LLC course if I disagree in any way, or feel uncomfortable, with any of the above. Initials required here
8. I have not been forced or promised anything to sign this document and do so of my own free will. Further, I have not ingested any prescription drugs or alcohol before signing this document and I can read and write English. Finally, Long Gun Training LLC and Curt Drewel have given me as much time as I have needed to read and think about the entire WAIVER of LIABILITY and I have had the opportunity to speak to any of my advisors, family members or my attorney and have chosen freely to sign below. 9. I agree to have my photograph taken during the activities and permit Long Gun Training LLC to use the photographs for business purposes without limitation. Initials required here
10. I attest that under no circumstances am I in violation of any laws or orders restricting me from the use of firearms. Initials required here
11. I attest that I am a citizen of the United States of America and I am 18 years of age OR am accompanied by a parent or guardian. Initials required here
Student Credentials Policy
Long Gun Training LLC requires all students to provide one of the following documents:
Current state driver’s license, current US passport, or Military/LE Identification
In accordance with Federal ITAR regulations Only US Citizens or Green Card holders are accepted to participate in Long Gun Training LLC courses.
By signing this application, I understand and agree to the following terms:
I agree to submit the required identification.
I agree to follow any and all safety procedures as required by Long Gun Training LLC, and understand that my instruction may be terminated at any point during the course if my conduct does not meet safety standards.
I agree to sign a statement releasing Long Gun Training LLC from any injury I may sustain during the course of the program.
I am a citizen of the United States of America and will be 18 years of age at the time of class OR be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
I attest that under no circumstances am I in violation of any laws or orders restricting me from the use of, or training with, firearms.
